Welcome to Tabnxt! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tabnxt Chrome extension and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By installing our browser extension or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. License and Permitted Use

Tabnxt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension on devices you own or control, solely for personal or professional tab management purposes. You agree not to distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify any portion of the extension codebase without our explicit permission.

2. Workspace Data & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all workspace configurations, tab lists, and session names you save inside Tabnxt. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we implement security safeguards, you are solely responsible for backing up your local configurations and keeping your Google account authentication details secure.

3. Pro Subscription and Billing

We offer premium features (including Cloud Sync, Advanced Auto-Snooze, and unlimited workspaces) under our Pro plan. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All billing transactions are managed securely by Stripe.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the extension's user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as decided at our sole discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tabnxt is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will operate continuously, error-free, or without data loss. In no event shall Tabnxt, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of saved workspaces or tabs.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tabnxt's founders operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most recent version of these Terms on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
